Book Your Research Time
Public Access to the Archives’ Reading Room is now by appointment only.
- 2-hr appointments on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (1-3pm)
- 4-hr appointment on Wednesday (11-3pm)
Step One: Search the online archives database.
Step Two: Include the Inventory # and Title of the resource you wish to consult during your appointment in the form below. These materials will be ready for you at the time of your visit.
Step Three: If you do not know which resources you would like to consult, please contact the Archives team firstname.lastname@example.org / 604-990-3700-8012 to discuss your research question prior to booking an appointment.
Currently, archival materials require 3 days quarantine after use. Therefore, the materials you are requesting may not be available until a later date.
How to find us
Plan your journey. Our building in Lynn Valley is accessible via public transit, car or bicycle.
There is limited visitor car parking in front of the building, including a dedicated parking space for disabled visitors. A secure bike rack is provided, although bicycles are left at your own risk.
The Archives is located on the second floor and is accessible by both elevator and stairs.
