Nine Pounds of Porridge

Don and Phyllis Munday were experienced climbers. Over winters, they planned carefully for expeditions which could be months-long. Phyllis is shown cooking up some grub at a base camp in 1926 on their first expedition to the Mount Waddington area. In a 1973 interview she discussed food supplies preparation. Read the interview.
